‘Gilmore Girls’ to Reunite at ATX Television Festival in June

First, Gilmore Girls conquered Netflix in October, grabbing headlines and illustrating just how passionate fans of the mother-daughter television show were. Now, fans will get one better "“ a Gilmore Girls reunion!

Organizers of the ATX Television Festival announced on Thursday that they will host a Gilmore Girls reunion panel featuring stars Lauren Graham and Alexis Bledel as well as series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino.

Additionally, ATX Television Festival organizers announced that this year's programming will feature a panel reuniting writers and producers of Dawson's Creek, where many prominent writers in the television landscape today got their start.

The panel will include series creator Kevin Williamson (The Following, The Vampire Diaries), showrunner Greg Berlanti (Arrow, The Flash, The Mysteries of Laura), and producer-writers Jenny Bicks (Sex and the City, The Big C), Julie Plec (The Vampire Diaries, The Originals), Rob Thomas (Party Down, Veronica Mars, iZombie), Liz Tigelaar (Nashville, Once Upon a Time, Life Unexpected), Paul Stupin (Switched at Birth, Make It or Break It), Rina Mimoun (Red Band Society, Mistresses), Maggie Friedman (Witches of East End, Eastwick), Anna Frick (Being Human, Everwood), Dana Baratta (Private Practice, The Secret Circle), and Gina Fatore (Californication, Gilmore Girls).

The ATX Television Festival takes place June 4-7, 2015 in Austin, Texas.
