As “Treme” Preps for Season 2 Production, the “Help Wanted” Sign Is Out in New Orleans

HBO is preparing for the kick-off of second season shooting of the post-Katrina drama, 'Treme'. According to NewOrleans.com, "The drama Treme is coming back to New Orleans. Production begins on Monday, November 1st, and now producers of the HBO hit series are looking to hire Production Assistants."

The premiere season of the series, which played to both critical and audience acclaim, depicts the first six months after the 2005 hurricane washed through and over the city taking lives and dispatching residents across the country.

I see too many movies to actually win any film trivia contest, so don’t waste your first pick on me. My friends rent movies from my bookcase shelves, and one day I do plan to start charging. I long to live in LA, where my movie obsession will actually help me fit in, but for now I am content with my home in Austin. I prefer indies to blockbusters, Longhorns to Sooners and Halloween to Friday the 13th. I miss the classics, as well as John Ritter, and I hope to one day sit down and interview the amazing Kate Winslet.
