Kristen Wiig stars as Imogene, once a promising young New York playwright whose promise has fizzled, thanks to a crisis of confidence. Heavily in denial about being dumped by her society boyfriend, Imogene uses her skill for drama to stage an elaborate fake suicide as an appeal for his sympathy. But her attempt backfires when she's put into the custody of Zelda, her estranged gambling addict mother (Annette Bening), and must return home with her to the Jersey shore.

Richard Madden Becomes Prince for Cinderlla

Richard Madden, star of HBO's hit drama 'Game of Thrones,' has been cast as the Prince in Walt Disney's upcoming live action telling of the populat classic.  Madden joins previosuly announced cast memebers Lily James (Cinderella) and Cate Blanchett (wicked stepmother).  The film, which has yet to get an official title or release date, is being directed by Sir. Kenneth Branagh.

Trailer: Ender's Game

Summit Entertainment has just released a brand new trailer for their upcoming sci-fi thriller Ender's Game, which shows just how Earth survives a strategized attack by an alien race.  The film, which is based on the best-selling novel by Orson Scott Card, stars Asa Butterfield, Hailee Steinfeld, Ben Kingsley, Viola Davis, Abigail Breslin and Harrison Ford.

Check out the trailer and be ready to fight for the human race when Ender's Game hits theaters just in time for the holiday season on November 1, 2013.

Poster: Before Midnight

Sony Pictures' Classics has just released a new poster for their upcoming release Before Midnight.  A sequel to Before Sunrise and Before SunsetBefore Midnight stars Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy as a 40-something couple attempting to wiggle their way through life.

Before Midnight is directed by Richard Linklater and is set to hit theaters on May 24, 2013.

Detour is one of the most punishing movies I've ever had to review. Even worse, it shamelessly rips off one of my favorite movies of the last decade. What could have made a compelling short drags on for nearly 90 minutes until you're hoping either the protagonist or yourself would just die already.
