Trailer: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

In a unique film that combines history and the glorified vampire crazy, Lionsgate has opted to bring Seth Grahame-Smith's best-selling novel Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter to the big screen.

The film tells the story of how Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States, uncovers a plot that reveals vampires are working to take over the country.  Now, with his back against the wall, he must work to elimate the threat and save the country from the potential terror.

While the film's initial release isn't for months, fans of the book, as well as those who have fallen victim to the vampire 'bite' now have your first glimpse of what you can expect when the polarizing novel takes theatrical shape.  Check out the trailer above for your first look at the highly anticipated film.
