NBC Gives Full Season Order to 'Grimm'

Last week things looked good for NBC's Friday freshman drama 'Grimm' as the series got a two episode script order and a spot on the network's midseason schedule.  This week NBC has one upped itself, giving the show a back nine order and moving it to the prestigious Thursday 10PM slot.  In all reality 'Grimm' couldn't have asked for anything better.

The news comes after the show held its audience last Friday night, trying its raw numbers from the week before and finally ending its downward spiral.  And while its numbers aren't anything spectacular, it appears that NBC is hoping for a rise with the shift away from Friday night to the more viewer friendly Thursday slot.

I personally prefer ABC's 'Once Upon a Time', another fantasy/fairy tale spin-off that airs on Sunday nights; however, I'm glad to see this one get a full season order to show us what the creative writers have in store.  Like few other freshman ventures, this one appears to have some potential.
