Alexander Payne has created some amazing movies. Add to that list The Descendants, a unique and bold story about a father's journey to accepting his role as lead parent. I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to sit down with both Matthew Lillard and Judy Greer to discuss the film, working for Alexander Payne and their 'working' trips to Hawaii.
