ABC's 'Pam Am' Setting Off? Not Exactly.
ABC has agreed to one more episode of their freshman drama 'Pam Am'. The series, which started out with stellar ratings before dropping drastically over the last few months, follows a group of airline stewardesses on their journeys both on and off the plane.
While production will shut down immediately after the last episode raps, ABC confirms that the fate of the show will not be decided until May, when the studio will be allowed to see the new pilots it has ordered. So, in essence, 'Pam Am' could come back next fall for another short or long season order - though it should be noted that the possibility isn't too great.
'Pam Am' stars Christina Ricci, Kelli Garner, Margot Robbie and Karine Vanasse. It airs on Sundays at 10/9c. It will be replaced by ABC's new dramedy 'GCB' beginning in March.
